RIBA Event scores 100% "will come again"

Attendees offering feedback from the recent Consultancy Day in Manchester gave a unanimous 'thumbs up' to RIBA Insight's programme of seminars when all 100% indicated that they'd attend any similar events in future.

RIBA Event scores 100% "will come again"

London and Manchester Consultancy Days

Although, by comparison, RIBA Insight's Consultancy Day in London scored 'only' a 94% positive response among those asked the same question ("Would you be interested in attending similar future events organised by RIBA Insight"), by any measure both events were a huge success. Comments from attendees*:

"The format was very good. An excellent balance of speakers and content."
"Very informative and useful. NBS information was very good and I learned a lot about the social media side of marketing."
"Both the specification and sustainability elements were excellent."
"Discussing industry and business with the other delegates and also learning about key issues within the areas we are developing in our own business regarding specification and digital media"

Three topics covered this time were: specification marketing, sustainability, and advertising and brand awareness. The latter, in particular, was very well received – demonstrating an ongoing thirst for new and up-to-date information on how to use the Internet to market products and services more effectively.

More events are being planned for this autumn. See below and register your interest in receiving details now.

* Some visitors to the Manchester event experienced difficulty parking and locating the event. We have taken these comments on board and will take steps to avoid similar problems in future.

REGISTER NOW: Marketing to architects – getting your products specified

RIBA Insight is getting together with the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Construction Industry Group (CIMCIG) this September to deliver seminars on marketing to architects. The half-day event will take place in the afternoon of 22 September 2010 at RIBA, 66 Portland Place, London.

For most manufacturers the key marketing target is often the architect. Understanding how to influence them could mean the difference between success and failure. However, increasingly other professions – and outside factors – are also exerting influence on the specification process. Attending this seminar will help you to understand the architect's mindset, and the factors at play when purchasing decisions are made.

Save £30 off the full price by booking early and as an RIBA Insight customer.
Normal price £110 or £91 for bookings made before 31 August 2010. RIBA Insight clients pay only £85, or £80 if booking before 31 August 2010. All prices are subject to VAT.
