Keyfile Libraries is a comprehensive literature creation and/or distribution service for product literature. The use of in-house libraries remains one of the most favoured sources of technical product information for specifiers.

Our expert technical authors can write and design a Keyfile Datasheet for you or we can take your own technical product literature (conforming to BS 4940) and ensure that it forms part of the libraries of approximately 320 subscribing specifier offices across the UK.

A team of over 30 dedicated NBS librarians visit the libraries that we manage on a frequent basis, to ensure that all members of the practice always have access to your hard copy literature, classified properly and up to date.

Keyfile Libraries - Features

• Our technical authors will write and design your Datasheet, you sign off the proof and we manage the printing and distribution. You will receive 1,000 copies of your technical datasheet for your own use
• Alternatively, we will take 450 copies of your own literature and place them in over 300 libraries we manage
• Your technical datasheet and your own literature are fully cross-referenced in the award winning RIBA Product Selector and on ribaproductselector.com with links to your email and website.
